Team Rawleigh is the heart behind the festival — following Ed’s vision to bring a vibrant oyster fest to the Capital City. Together they’ve built an event rooted in local flavor, thoughtful partnerships, and unforgettable experiences.

Ed, Katie, and Max bring their creativity, grit, and love for community to everything they do. This event exists because they believe great gatherings can do good!

Last month y’all voted for the winners of the inaugural Rawleigh Oyster Fest. The results were overwhelmingly for @chefluiszouain & @holdfastoysterco ! They’ll be back to secure their victory sooner than you think. Be on the look out
